Using EggSolution 360° Tours (Panorama's)

(Additional information on EggSolution 360°Virtual Tour Products and Software can be found on our
 Useful Products page)

Your Remote Control website supports hosting your EggSolution virtual tour (panoramas) directly on your website.  This means that you don't need a third party to host the pages that display your tours.  This is an advantage to you because you have complete control over the placement of the tours, the information displayed with the tours, the length of time the tours are displayed, and of course cost as there are no additional charges when you upload your tours to your Remote Control website.

Creating your Tour.  You must first create the tour using the software provided by EggSolution 360°.  Once you have created your EggSolution tour, you must select the option that will save/create a tour for a web page. It is best to use a medium or low resolution option as this will mean faster tour displays on your web pages.

Multiple files will be created, however you are only interested in the file that has the .egg extension. (If you can't see the file extensions, Click Here)

Saving the tour.  Save the tour to a place on your computer that you will be able to easily find later.  (example: My Documents folder)

Naming the tour.  It is very important that you name the tour is such a way that will help you to keep them organized.  Also don't use capital letters or spaces when naming your tours.  Use an underscore or a dash to separate words.

Correct naming example:       main-street_living-room.egg

Incorrect naming example:     Main Street Living Room.egg

Pages where you can use EggSolution tours: EggSolution tours can only be uploaded into the exhibits pages which are located in your product/photo/listing galleries.

Note:  EggSolution tours can display 1 or more panoramas in each .egg file.  You can therefore use one exhibit and still display multiple panoramas, as opposed to using one exhibit for each panorama.  This will help you to get more out of your Gallery.
